The Omotesando/Aoyama area is known as a fashionable shopping-area filled with huge namebrand stores from companies inside and outside of Japan. This is especially true of the tree-lined Avenue of Omotesando-dori, also dubbed “The Harajuku Champs Elysees”, which is lined with open-air cafes, and stores like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, etc. On the other hand, the area is also home to offices many apparel businesses, creative businesses, foreign corporations, and IT companies, making this a solid business area. Omotesando Station, which has a direct connection to Aoyama Palacio Tower, also has three main subway lines (Chiyoda, Ginza and Hanzomon lines), making this an extremely convenient place to work.

The luxurious office and the intelligent, English-speaking staff are wonderful. The international atmosphere is also nice, with foreigners often visiting the office. I like the view of Omotesando from the 11th floor window. The other users are of high quality and there are many entrepreneurs who will probably go public in the future at a high rate. The users are not too young, but more middle-aged.
