Nishi-Shinjuku, or West Shinjuku, is known as Tokyo's skyscraper business district full of high-rise buildings. The Shinjuku Oak City is only a 3 minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku station on the Marunouchi subway line and also within walking distance to Shinjuku station connected with six JR lines, Keio line, Odakyu line and three subway lines, providing our clients a convenient commute to any area in Tokyo as well as other cities in Japan.
The Shinjuku Oak City has a stunning blue glass facade and a large staircase at its entrance. The building is joined with Shinjuku Oak Tower by an impressive high ceiling glass arcade and both buildings share the same amenities, parking and restaurant facilities. Servcorp's location on the 8th floor has a sleek and modern look with granite stone flooring, mirrors and coloured glass walls, yet at the same time a warm and elegant ambiance with wooden framework throughout the floor.

"Nishi-Shinjuku, known as ""skycraper business district"" as the whole area is dominated by skycrapers, includes the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Builing as well as the headquarters of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The area is considered to be arguably the most prolific and relevant business district in all of Japan. Famous companies like Taisei Corporation, Seiko Epson, video game software giant Capcom, and H.I.S. Travel agency all have headquarters or regional branch offices in Nishi-Shinjuku.
Both Servcorp locations in the area are walking distance to multiple subway lines, and Shinjuku Station, the busiest train station in the world, with nearly four million commuters/day. Commuters from Shinjuku can literally go anywhere in Tokyo making this the perfect location for businesses who need to move. In addition, worldwide leading hotels such as the Park Hyatt and Hilton located in Nishi-Shinjuku add to the area's luxuriousness, comfort, and convenience. "

I use the coworking space. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The space is always clean and well-kept. There is a wide variety of free drinks and I personally love that they have cocoa.
The staff is excellent and flexible in handling a variety of projects. We mainly use the secretarial service, as the secretaries are personable and we feel that we can leave our work to them. The office space is quiet and clean. I sometimes go there to be a nomad, and I get a lot of work done.
My experience with ServCorp was outstanding. All tasks were taken care of immediately and I could manage the swift in my company very well thanks to ServCorp's support. Fully recommending their services.
