Yaesu, located right in front of Tokyo Station opposite to Marunouchi, has begun redevelopment to become a sophisticated office district and construction of office buildings and commercial complexes is now well underway. The Torch Tower, scheduled for completion in 2027, will be the tallest office building in Japan at 390 meters, and Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, the third midtown in Tokyo, is scheduled for a grand opening in March 2023. Since the Yaesu redevelopment aims to attract many overseas companies, the area will become an environment for international conferences and academic meetings and is expected to become a center for international business exchange in the future.

This is my favorite office so far. It's close to the station and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a new building, so it is clean and comfortable with lots of box seats and USB chargers at every seat. It is within a 5 minute walk from Tokyo Station, so it is good for inviting distant customers.
It is a beautiful office and the overall atmosphere is great. The decor and music are excellent, and the open space is as relaxing as a cafe. The windows overlook Tokyo Station and give a sense of openness. The staff is polite and attentive. In terms of location, it is directly connected to the Tokyo Station Yaesu underground shopping mall, so there are many options for lunch. This is very helpful when it rains. I would recommend this place to others without hesitation.

The building is directly connected to Tokyo Station from underground and is adjacent to the bus terminal, making it very accessible. It overlooks Tokyo Station and has good lighting, which is refreshing during work. The facilities and functions are well equipped and have a moderately luxurious feel, so it is pleasant to have business meetings with guests.
