The Edobori Center Building is located right along one of the famous rivers in Osaka, the Tosabori River. Centrally located among Umeda, Honmachi, Yodoyabashi and Namba, it has great access to the other main areas in Osaka. This building faces both Naniwa-suji and Tosabori-dori which makes it easy to access by car. In addition, the nearest highway exit is just around the corner.
The beautiful rounded building with blue glass is the landmark of this area and can be found from the nearest Metro station, Higobashi Station, with ease. The library theme that runs throughout this location, gives a classy and tranquil atmosphere to the office. The spacious reception area with the reception team is built like a central island, creating the ultimate environment of service and business support.

The area is not only suitable for business, but this great waterfront location the building is only five minutes away from one of the biggest parks in Osaka. Across the river lies the Festival Plaza shopping building, the National museum of art. And within Edobori are many upscale cafes and restaurants, creating an environment of peace, relaxation, and luxury."

We have been using this office for about two and a half years. It is a beautiful and comfortable office where I can drink tea and coffee freely. Also, the office receptionist always greets us cheerfully! Even though the number of clients has increased, they remember everyone's name, which I feel is high quality service.
I am using this facility to prepare for my business opening. There are shared booths and individual booths, and the environment is well-equipped. The receptionists are also very attentive and can speak fluent English. There are many places to have lunch nearby, and there is also a convenience store on the first floor of the building so I never have to worry about what to eat.
The location is good, the office is clean, and there is reliable wifi so I can work without any problems. It's also nice to be able to have a drink whenever I want. The staff organizes monthly events for us, which is another thing to look forward to.
There are lots of people using the facility, but it is an environment where you can concentrate on your work. There is a full range of free drinks and the facilties are comfortable and ready-to-use for meetings and visitors. I am also satisfied with the attentive service provided by the reception staff. There are international users and BBC programs are shown during the daytime, so you can become familiar with international affairs. The location is currently far from the station, but the Naniwa-suji line and Nakanoshima station are currently under construction, so I expect that accessibility will improve in the future.

Yes. Servcorp Serviced Office clients can access any of Servcorp's 150+ locations around the world. You can use any coworking lounge outside of your city for up to 3 hours per day and you can use a private office in another city for up to 5 days per month as you travel (subject to prior booking and availability). Within Japan you can access our Coworking spaces in Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka.
