About Aoyama Palacio Tower

The Aoyama Palacio Tower was designed by the famous Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill Levi. Truly a glamorous building, the “Palacio” in Aoyama Palacio Tower came from the word “Palace” and its tenants do justice to the name: high-end fashion brand companies, top beauty institutions, major law office and IT companies. Omotesando station is directly connected to the building and its location right on Omotesando crossing, make it a popular meeting point.

Stretching eight hundred metres and lined by majestic Zelkova trees, Omotesando-dori joins the city's main arteries of Meiji-dori and Aoyama-dori. Enjoy a pleasant walk while window shopping or have a lunch-break on one of the many terraces. Other than the luxury brand related businesses, the area is also a most sought-after address for creative, media, internet and consulting companies. Omotesando is a modern and stylish area with some of the most impressive architectures Tokyo has on offer.

About Aoyama

The Omotesando/Aoyama area is known as a fashionable shopping-area filled with huge namebrand stores from companies inside and outside of Japan. This is especially true of the tree-lined Avenue of Omotesando-dori, also dubbed “The Harajuku Champs Elysees”, which is lined with open-air cafes, and stores like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, etc. On the other hand, the area is also home to offices many apparel businesses, creative businesses, foreign corporations, and IT companies, making this a solid business area. Omotesando Station, which has a direct connection to Aoyama Palacio Tower, also has three main subway lines (Chiyoda, Ginza and Hanzomon lines), making this an extremely convenient place to work.

Within 5 minutes walking distance:

  • Starbucks
  • Famous restaurants

The luxurious office and the intelligent, English-speaking staff are wonderful. The international atmosphere is also nice, with foreigners often visiting the office. I like the view of Omotesando from the 11th floor window. The other users are of high quality and there are many entrepreneurs who will probably go public in the future at a high rate. The users are not too young, but more middle-aged.

I had visited the office several times before, and when I decided to get a virtual office, I didn't hesitate to choose this one. I am very satisfied with the easy access from the station, the spaciousness, and the cheerful staff. Because of my work, I often deal with people from rural areas and overseas, and the name Aoyama has a good impression. The staff is excellent, and having an office here will greatly enhance a company's credibility, even for first-time business partners. I am satisfied and grateful.

It will be two years this June since we moved into our office. I can speak highly of the great environment (I am coworking) where I can calmly concentrate on my work, the view of the Omotesando avenue trees while drinking a relaxing cup of coffee (they use quite good beans), and the kind receptionist's good service and attitude, which our clients always tell us about. It feels like being in the office of a high-ranking company. I used to work for a major company that serves as chairman of the Keidanren, so I wanted to do my work in a prestigious building like before. I am happy to be able to work in a prestigious building in Aoyama directly connected to Omotesando station for the same cost as the rent I paid when I lived in an apartment. My job is to provide consultation to manufacturing companies on matters such as business reform and IT, which you may know from TV commercials and other media. I spend most of my time preparing materials and thinking of ideas for improvement, but I also enjoy the quiet and comfortable space. The young lady at the reception desk sometimes calls out to me in a cheerful voice, which is pleasant and makes me feel comfortable. I am thankful for this office.

I am very pleased with the sophisticated and smart staff. The quality of the customer service, both on the phone and in person, is so high that other companies do not compare. I am very happy with my decision to use this office.
