About Marunouchi Yusen Building

With the beautiful Imperial Palace Gardens right across the street, Marunouchi Yusen Building is situated in Japan's most highly esteemed location, with Tokyo station only 3 minutes away by walking through Gyoko-dori, also known as “the avenue that leads to the emperor”. Still nowadays, all newly appointed Ambassadors to Japan are driven on this avenue in a special horse-drawn carriage from Tokyo Station to the Palace to visit the Emperor.

Marunouchi Yusen Building is one of the first major commercial buildings built in the area and has maintained a great reputation throughout its life. The high ceilings and large windows allow plenty of light to enter the offices and offer a spacious atmosphere. The building beholds spectacular views of the historical Imperial Palace on one side, whilst having the modern-day Tokyo skyline on the other - you can have the best of both worlds!

YUYA MAX

The location is perfect, as it is just a short walk from Tokyo Station and right in front of the Imperial Palace. The location is on the first floor, so you can enter the office right away without having to use the elevator. The staff is very professional and the reception has good customer service. They also provide secretarial services according to my needs and are helpful in supporting my business.

Ryotaro Kai

[Good location] Located on the way to the Imperial Palace straight from the red brick station building of Tokyo Station, it is a pleasant place to walk. Even on rainy days, you can come here without getting wet by walking underground. It is beneficial to use a Marunochi address as the base of our Japanese corporation and we can also discuss with our clients the common topic of "Yusen Building" due to the nature of our industry [The facilities] They not only have open desks, but also individual desks with power outlets with high partitions. This allows you to work while protecting your privacy even though you are in a shared space. The office is equipped with shelves, a copy machine, and a coffee machine, all of which are necessary for desk work. [Service] The receptionists are very nice and speak foreign languages fluently, which makes clients and office users who do not speak Japanese feel comfortable using the office. We also ask them to manage our mail, and I think being able to outsource some of the administrative functions is very attractive for startups and early-stage establishments.

Suguru Mochizuki

The receptionists are excellent and very professional. The service in person and on the phone is flawless and reassuring. On top of that, they are fluent in English and other languages. The office itself is well-furnished and clean. During the day, you will see the reception staff cleaning as well. It is a great place to work!

Nobuaki Nakata

It is conveniently located near the Marunouchi area and Tokyo Station. We have many clients in the Marunouchi/Nihonbashi area, so we can be anywhere within 20 minutes. The office is clean, bright, organized, and comfortable. After viewing and using several shared offices, I decided to sign up here because it was the most pleasant. The office assistants are friendly but professional and reliable. I do not have a company contract, I use this as second office for my personal use. I have a company office and a business lounge that I have other contracts with, but I use this office most of the time now. I am very happy that I decided to sign a contract for this office space.
