About Nihonbashi Wakamatsu Building

Nihonbashi is the heart of Japan's financial district and a preferred location of several large pharmaceutical companies. Wakamatsu building is located in the up-town area of Nihonbashi, offering an extremely desirable corporate address. Tokyo's main Mitsukoshi store and Takashimaya stores are within walking distance and together with newly opened shopping malls such as COREDO Muromachi and YUITO, also within three minutes walking distance from the building, the area has become more attractive than ever.

Contrary to its reputation of being a predominant financial district in Japan today, Nihonbashi brings a lot of history and culture to the area. Literally named “Japan Bridge” after the famous bridge in Nihonbashi from which all the distances in Japan are measured.

About Nihonbashi

The Nihonbashi area has over the years developed as a center of goods as well as money-exchanging businesses and these days is the center of finance, economics, trade and logistics. Wakamatsu Building is in Nihonbashi-Honcho area, which was historically a trading area with a wealth of small medicine shops during Edo-era period. These days the area is one of the centers of the medical industry, containing the head-offices or branch-offices of many major medical firms. The building is located in a lively area with a mixture of both historical as well as modern elements. It is within walking distance from Mistukoshimae Station area, where the long established department store Nihonbashi Mistukoshi and the new commercial facility Coredo Muromachi stand side by side, and the Kanda Station area, which is more of a modern Tokyo atmosphere.

Within 5 minutes walking distance:

  • Cafe
  • Convenience Store
  • Super market
  • Traditional Restaurant
  • Bank
  • Post office
  • Department Store
  • Hotel
  • Museum
  • Drug Store
  • Movie Theater

Our clients love:

  • The ambiance on the floor-  impressive oil paintings of colourful flowers combined with a reception area starting at the lifts, this location offers a particularly warm and welcoming environment
  • Famous department stores of Mitsukoshi and Takashimaya, within walking distance
  • Location within the heart of the financial district
  • Proximity to the Bank Of Japan (BOJ)
  • Easy access to major train stations - only a minute walk from Shin-Nihonbashi station, 3 minute walk from Mitsukoshi-mae station, and 6 minute walk from both Kanda and Kodenmacho Station. Tokyo station is also within a 15 minute walking distance from the building, offering access to the bullet train to Narita International Airport and to the Shinkansen.
  • Affordable price. Despite its ideal location, the Nihonbashi Wakamatsu building is known to have affordable prices compared to other offices in the area.

It is located in an area adjacent to Nihonbashi Muromachi, with convenient access to multiple train lines. The staff at the reception desk are very kind and pleasant, giving you a sense of security. In addition, the rooms have a calm atmosphere, allowing you to work quietly.

The ladies at the reception desk always greet me with a smile and make me feel comfortable every time I visit. 🙇‍♀️ The customer service is excellent, and I am so thankful that they sent out my mail before I could even mention the name of my company. Thank you for everything! I look forward to working with you again in the future. m(__)m

Yutaro Shimada

Very conveniently located and there are many commercial facilities nearby. There are always three cheerful staff members on duty, including the manager. They are bilingual, speaking not only English but also Chinese and Cantonese. They are not only receptionists and telephone representatives, but also excellent business partners who can be asked to perform translation, visa procedures, and clerical work. There is also a coffee maker, so you can enjoy a cup of delicious freshly ground coffee anytime you want! As a coffee lover I appreciate this. ☕️ I especially recommend this service for start-up companies and business owners who don't want to hire many employees.

朝倉龍馬

It is conveniently located near the station. The floor is very clean and the staff is bright and energetic. It is the kind of place where you just want to stop by even if you have nothing to do.
