Servcorp is a certified member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "Provision of temporary office space for foreign financial companies" project. The project is aimed to assist foreign financial companies and human resources that are looking to setup their business in Japan by providing office space for these businesses.
By applying for this project, foreign financial companies* can receive partial subsidy for rent and initial cost when signing up for one of the following spaces at Servcorp.
Small office for 1-3 people - free for up to 3 months**
Coworking membership for 1-3 people - free for up to 3 months
FREE initial setup fee for 1-3 people for Office / Coworking

(**) Costs will be incurred if the number of people using the office is 4 or more. A security deposit of 1 month's contracted monthly fee will be required for offices and Dedicated Desk memberships.
